West Rogers Park has experienced redevelopment in recent years. The revitalization is due to the strength of the housing stock and economy. Location is also another attraction as the neighborhood is near the Kennedy Expressway and rapid transit. West Rogers Park is only 30 minutes to the Loop via public transportation.
Real estate is more affordable in East Rogers Park than they are in comparable communities. It has mainly single-family homes. The neighborhood is home to Indian Boundary Park. The streets are tree-lined and there is also small children’s zoo.
